Palm Villa 2 has a central beamed ceiling with exotic wood in the center with living, dining, and kitchen area. including an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and cooking utensils with dinner and flatware.  There is a TV with DVD for movie watching and a CD stereo system for music entertainment. There is a bedroom on either side of the central living area with large bath and shower.

The large terrace is especially nice for sitting and viewing the beautiful vista surrounding you, the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Nicoya, and the spectacular lights of the towns of Esparza and Puntarenas at night, the port of Caldera, and the coastline of the bay of Nicoya.  There is a large parking area, electronic security gate, and nightime lighting. The villa has a nice lawn area with palms and other plants.

The laundry room with washers and hot tub spa is located in the rancho adjacent to the parking area of villa 2 and is available for the use of all guests.
